WATCH: Tropical Depression Wilma continues to move west-southwestward over the Philippine Sea, maintaining maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h with gusts of up to 55 km/h, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported on Thursday, December 4.
