    "I bought a used tesla from Ricart. This should have been the easiest transaction. We agreed on price before I got there and I paid cash. They sold me a car that they didn't fully own yet because it was coming off a lease. They let me leave with the car and because of this I couldn't get prior owner off of the car for almost a month to be able to use all functionality. The car even had the prior owners credit card in it. I spent two weeks on the phone with Tesla and Ricarts sales manager telling me to come back to their store (45min drive) so they could get the prior owner off. I drove down there and they had some guy try to do it who had no idea what he was doing. They also gave me the prior owners phone number and told me to call him. End of the day, all they care about is moving cars vs the customer experience. No way they should have sold that car until they actually owned it. Made my life hard for 30 days but I love the car. The sales manager I worked with gave me a runaround. Very disappointed. Would not recommend."

    "I don't normally write reviews but my experience with Germain Toyota was a nightmare. The short version of the story is that we ordered from the factory a specific vehicle with the options we wanted. The salesman said it would come in in a two day to two week period. We agreed on a price. Over one month later the salesmen called us and said our car is in. It was not the the vehicle we ordered. It had options we didn't want and options missing we wanted. I asked the salesman what happened to the car we ordered.. He said this was above his pay grade, a decision had been made by managers. A manager informed us that he thought we would not want to wait. I asked why no on had ever called. It appeared that my car was never ordered. They found a car the same color, attempted to pawn it off on us at a higher price. BAIT & SWITCH, Many lies were told to us throughout this process, My advise is NEVER TRUST ANY GERMAIN dealership."

Difference between 'new operator' and 'operator new'?
A new expression is the whole phrase that begins with new. So what do you call just the "new" part of it? If it's wrong to call that the new operator, then we should not call "sizeof" the sizeof operator, or & the address-of operator (when it behaves like one).

What is the Difference Between `new object()` and `new {}` in C#?
Note that if you declared it var a = new { }; and var o = new object();, then there is one difference, former is assignable only to another similar anonymous object, while latter being object, it can be assigned to anything.

html - target="_blank" vs. target="_new" - Stack Overflow
0 The target attribute of a link forces the browser to open the destination page in a new browser window. Using _blank as a target value will spawn a new window every time while using _new will only spawn one new window and every link clicked with a target value of _new will replace the page loaded in the previously spawned window

JavaScript New Date () - Stack Overflow
new Date() new Date(milliseconds) new Date(dateString) new Date(year, month, day [, hour, minute, second, millisecond ]) This means that in your constructor, when you pass parseInt(time), that parameter is only used for the hour parameter. You need to pass a separate parameter for minutes, and yet another one if you happen to want seconds.
